By reMind Staff —

Ethan Nadelmann, widely regarded as the one of the top proponents of drug policy reform both in the United States and abroad, will deliver the keynote address at reMind’s Psychedelics Business Forum at MJBizCon.

Nadelmann’s address, “The New Psychedelics Era: Politics, Profits & Principles,” will kick off the one-day conference and networking event on Nov. 15 at the Westgate Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.

The founder of the Drug Policy Alliance and host of the weekly podcast “Psychoactive,” Nadelmann and his DPA colleagues were at the forefront of dozens of successful campaigns to legalize marijuana, reduce the incarceration of drug law offenders, treat drug use and addiction as health, not criminal, issues, and otherwise promote alternatives to the war on drugs. His TED Talk on ending the drug war has over 2 million views, with translations into 28 languages.

“We are thrilled to have such an accomplished pioneer in drug-policy reform help us launch our first live event,” said Sara Vaughn, reMind’s VP Brand Leader. “In the rapidly emerging psychedelics industry, Ethan can offer unique perspectives on what the business community needs to know about the opportunities and responsibilities that lie ahead.”
